Visit to Brazil

For the first time in five years, I visited our bases in Brazil (SRK-BI and SRK-HTB/HDB). These bases have made great strides in their business by faithfully following the company policy. While ordering and production were difficult due to the Corona pandemic, they aggressively took orders for new products, which led to significant sales growth resulting in profitability at all three companies. As a result, they could lay the groundwork for further strides.I felt that this was the result of the efforts of the sales, engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and other teams in building an organization that is resistant to change.

As for factory operations, I was also impressed by the fact that they have learned from past examples and tried "Kaizens," which have resulted in definite improvements compared to five years ago, from the way they think during work to the methods they use to tackle problems.I asked everyone once again to remember that "Kaizen efforts never end”.

This time, I had the pleasure of working with many of the staff, including the base chief and management, to thank them for their efforts, and I myself had a great time working with them. Our Group is only possible thanks to the hard work of our local staff.We pledged to increase the profitability of the Group as a whole in order to achieve the goals of 2029V and 2025P.
