On July 9, a press conference was held at the JP Tower 3rd Floor,Hall & Conference (Nakamura-ku, Nagoya), where Global Headquarters is located, to announce the change of president.
Approximately 20 members of the media attended the press conference.

At the beginning of the conference, Mr. Matsui, Chairperson of the Board, summarized his five years in office and expressed his gratitude for the support of all stakeholders in celebrating the 90th anniversary of the company's founding last December.
He also mentioned "strengthening the global structure" as an issue that I should continue to work on.
I then presented what I would like to keep in mind as president in four key words.

It means “do your sincere best, not only in business, but also in every aspect of life. ”Originating from the preamble of Monjuin Shiigaki, it speaks of the importance of sincerity in all human endeavors.
Contents of questions
The reporters asked me questions about the strength of our existing products in response to CASE, the outlook for new products, remote work after Corona, production bases in Japan and oversea, and earnings forecasts.
The press conference was reported in newspapers and also on the Web the next day, so some of you may have seen it.
The purpose of the press conference was to let our stakeholders know our future direction and to increase the number of fans (friends) of us through the media.
Of course, I want all of you, employees to know the most about it.
